Lead- HRBP

As part of the HRBP team, your responsibilities will include: - Supporting the implementation of HR policies and initiatives in line with business objectives. - Assisting in managing employee life cycle processes such as confirmations, transfers, promotions, and separations. - Updating and maintaining HR databases, personnel files, and digital records. - Coordinating employee engagement activities, training programs, and performance management cycles. - Resolving employee queries concerning HR policies and benefits. - Contributing to HR projects focusing on process automation, digitization, and culture-building efforts. To qualify for this role, you should have: - An MBA/PGDM in Human Resource Management from a recognized tier 2 institute. - Preferably 1 year of relevant internship or project experience (freshers are welcome). - Familiarity with HR processes in manufacturing or industrial settings is advantageous. - A solid grasp of basic HR functions, best practices, and excellent communication skills (both verbal and written). - Strong interpersonal skills, an analytical mindset, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. - Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
