Job Requirements Role/ Job Title: Lead-HR Technology Function/ Department: Corporate Function > Human Resources > Employee Experience > HR Technology Job Purpose The role holder will be primarily responsible to drive the project rollout. The candidate will be interacting with different stakeholders to ensure smooth roll out of projects. Roles & Responsibilities The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project roll out which will include but not limited to: Interact with business / COE to understand the requirement. Should be able to articulate / convert the requirement in BRD. Interact with stakeholders (partners / Developers / IT) to ensure smooth Project Delivery. Interact with Business to have sessions on new product releases, UAT, Training, demos of build. Monitoring day to day work of the Team who are part of the project including internal as well as external. Be part of Business in their journey to understand the problem and provide logical and system solution. Should have good understanding of HRMS and related modules. Should have good technical knowledge to be able to interact with external stakeholders like IT, Integration Team etc. Should have knowledge about different integrations with third party applications. Review the projects updates, WIP and create a plan to roll out effectively by taking business into confidence. Interact with SI partners, IT & other stakeholders to ensure project timelines are achieved. Should be able to build good relationship with COEs. Should have good knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM. Should have experienced in implementation of different Fusion HCM modules viz Time & Labour, Performance, CoreHR, Recruitment, Talent Management, OTBI Reports, extracts. Secondary Responsibilities Incumbent will be the SPOC for project roll out. Will also be overlooking different requirement coming with different systems in place. Managerial And Leadership Responsibilities Build effective team, create capabilities by training team on different upcoming technologies. Encourage team members and retain talent in the team.
