JOB PURPOSE

To lead and deliver the full spectrum of Corporate HR activities for employee strength of 400-500, Finance, HR, SCM, BD, Internal Audit, Marketing Communication, Civil and other corporate functions. The role ensures effective execution of the employee lifecycle, HR Operations, Performance Management, Compensation revision, Support in Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement, Compliance, Reward and Recognition, and HR Systems usage including SAP SuccessFactors. Acts as a trusted HR partner for corporate employees and provides proactive support and solutions aligned with business performance and organizational priorities.

Qualifications -B. Tech and MBA - HR

Work Experience

• 7 - 10 years of experience in Corporate HR Business Partnering or HR Operations roles
• Hands-on experience in HR Systems (preferably SAP SuccessFactors), MS Excell and power point, usage of AI tools
• Exposure to Performance Management, Talent Management, and Compensation processes
• Experience collaborating with HR COEs and HR Shared Services teams
• Prior experience supporting corporate or multi-function environments preferred.
