Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and goal-driven Lead Generator to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, initiating contact through various channels, and qualifying leads to support the sales pipeline. This role is essential in helping the organization grow by building a strong pipeline of quality leads.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research to identify potential customers and target markets.
  • Use tools such as LinkedIn, Facebook, email campaigns, and cold calling to reach out to prospects.
  • Qualify leads based on defined criteria and pass them to the sales team.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align lead generation efforts.
  • Meet weekly and monthly lead generation targets.
  • Track and report on lead conversion rates and campaign effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in lead generation, telemarketing, or a similar sales support role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of sales and marketing principles.
  • Self-starter with excellent time management and organizational skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11,255.57 - ₹38,007.31 per month
