Position: Lead Generation Executive

Experience: 1–2 Years

Location: Motera Ahmedabad

Department: Sales & Business Development

Reports To: Business Development Manager / Sales Head

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Lead Generation Executive with 1–2 years of experience in the IT industry. The candidate will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and generating leads to support the sales team. This role requires a proactive approach, strong communication skills, and knowledge of IT services and solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential clients through online platforms (LinkedIn, Upwork, Freelancer, etc.), databases, and industry forums.
  • Generate high-quality leads for IT services such as web development, mobile applications, software solutions, and digital marketing.
  • Qualify leads by understanding client requirements and ensuring alignment with company services.
  • Maintain and update lead databases/CRM with accurate information.
  • Work closely with the Business Development team to hand over qualified leads for conversion.
  • Assist in email campaigns, cold calling, and LinkedIn outreach activities.
  • Track, measure, and report lead generation performance and ROI.
  • Stay updated with IT industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of proven experience in lead generation within the IT industry.
  • Familiarity with IT services (Web, Mobile, Cloud, Software Development, Digital Solutions).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of CRM tools, lead generation platforms, and MS Office.
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets.

  • Number of qualified leads generated per month.
  • Conversion rate of leads into opportunities.
  • Response and engagement rate from outreach campaigns.
  • Contribution to revenue pipeline growth.
