Job Description

Job Title: Lead Generation Specialist – Software Development

Location: Xenotix Tech, Modinagar Industrial Area (Full-time, Hybrid)

Stipend: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 (per month)

Responsibilities

Generate qualified leads via LinkedIn, email, and other channels
Build and manage a pipeline of prospects (India + Global)
Schedule meetings for the sales/technical team
Provide weekly progress reports
Design proposals, quotations, and presentations in Canva
Manage LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social media accounts regularly

Requirements

Proven experience in lead generation / business development for IT or software services
Strong English communication skills (written & verbal)
Knowledge of LinkedIn outreach & CRM tools
Familiarity with social media management is a plus

Compensation

Fixed monthly salary (₹15k – ₹30k)
Additional performance-based incentives ( up to ₹40k)
