Lead Generation Specialist

Job Title: Lead Generation Specialist – IT Sales

Location: Sector 5, Kolkata | Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate qualified leads for web services, mobile app development, e-commerce platforms, and SEO solutions.
• Research target markets, identify potential clients, and initiate contact through email campaigns, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads through initial discovery calls or messages.
• Maintain and update lead databases and CRM systems with accurate records.
• Schedule appointments or demos for the Business Development team.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align lead generation strategies.
• Conduct competitor analysis and support campaign performance tracking.
• Assist in preparing introductory emails, pitches, and basic proposals.

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of experience in lead generation or business development in the IT services industry.
• Familiarity with web development, CMS platforms, e-commerce, and SEO services.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working with international clients is preferred.
• Basic understanding of sales funnels, CRM tools, and email marketing platforms.
• Ability to work independently and meet lead generation targets.
