Your Goal:

Build a full LinkedIn system to consistently bring in qualified leads.

Your Responsibilities:

• Profile & Page Optimization:

  Optimize our personal and company LinkedIn pages for trust, authority, and lead conversion.

• Targeting & Lead Research:

  Identify and build lists of qualified prospects using LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar tools (targeting small businesses, entrepreneurs, marketing heads, etc.)

• Outreach Campaign Creation

  : Write and manage personalized LinkedIn messaging sequences to start conversations and generate interest

• Automation Setup:

  Automate the entire outreach workflow using different tools.

• CRM Integration:

  Feed qualified leads into our CRM (e.g., HubSpot or Pipedrive), ensuring every warm lead is followed up.

• Tracking & Reporting:

  Monitor KPIs like connection acceptance, response rate, and booked calls. Regularly report on performance and suggest improvements.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in LinkedIn lead generation.
• Experience with automation tools.
• Strong copywriting skills for cold outreach.
• Ability to develop a full outreach strategy + execution
• CRM and workflow automation experience
• Good in English, proactive communicator, and detail-oriented
