About Us: We are a creative website design company helping businesses build modern, high-performing websites. We are now looking to expand our reach and acquire new clients using LinkedIn. We need a highly skilled expert to build and execute a complete LinkedIn lead generation strategy and automate the process from start to finish. Your Goal: Build a full LinkedIn system to consistently bring in qualified leads. Your Responsibilities: Profile & Page Optimization: Optimize our personal and company LinkedIn pages for trust, authority, and lead conversion. Targeting & Lead Research: Identify and build lists of qualified prospects using LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar tools (targeting small businesses, entrepreneurs, marketing heads, etc.) Outreach Campaign Creation : Write and manage personalized LinkedIn messaging sequences to start conversations and generate interest Automation Setup: Automate the entire outreach workflow using different tools. CRM Integration: Feed qualified leads into our CRM (e.g., HubSpot or Pipedrive), ensuring every warm lead is followed up. Tracking & Reporting: Monitor KPIs like connection acceptance, response rate, and booked calls. Regularly report on performance and suggest improvements. Requirements: Proven experience in LinkedIn lead generation. Experience with automation tools. Strong copywriting skills for cold outreach.
