Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist with at least 3 years of experience in B2B lead generation, especially through Bidding portals, LinkedIn, and other professional platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, connecting with, and nurturing potential clients to drive qualified leads for our sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Bid on Upwork and other freelancing platforms to generate leads
  • Strategically use LinkedIn and related tools (e.g., Sales Navigator) to identify and connect with target prospects.
  • Create and manage personalized outreach campaigns to generate interest in our services.
  • Research industry-specific prospects and compile accurate contact databases.
  • Qualify leads through conversations, follow-ups, and cold outreach.
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to align messaging and targeting strategies.
  • Maintain reports and ensure all lead data is accurately updated and reported.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in B2B /B2C Upwork/ LinkedIn lead generation.
  • Strong understanding of LinkedIn search techniques, filters, and outreach tools.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and similar platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple outreach campaigns simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-up skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in IT services lead generation.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and sales funnels.
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets.
