Lead Generation Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and research potential clients for IT infrastructure solutions such as servers, networking, cloud, storage, cyber-security, backup, and data center services
• Generate leads through cold calling, partner databases and various other campaigns.
• Maintain accurate lead and activity records in CRM tools.
• Schedule meetings, demos, or calls for the field sales or technical sales team
• Follow up with prospects and nurture leads until closure or hand off
• Work closely with Pre-sales, technical, and marketing teams to align customer requirements.

Desired Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in lead generation or inside sales in System Integrator Company.
• Strong communication and experience selling or supporting B2B IT services.
• Comfortable with outbound sales activities and customer engagement
• Basic understanding of IT infrastructure components (servers, networking, cloud, virtualization, storage, cybersecurity)
• Familiarity with vendors such as Cisco, HPE, Dell, Checkpoint, Fortinet, Arista etc.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
