Lead Generation Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Lead Generation Specialist to identify, qualify, and nurture potential clients for our business. You will play a critical role in driving sales pipeline growth by researching target markets, reaching out through multiple channels, and generating high-quality leads for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify target industries, companies, and decision-makers.
• Generate leads through various channels including LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling, social media, and CRM databases.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline with accurate data and lead status updates.
• Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and hand them over to the sales or business development team.
• Develop and execute outreach campaigns (email sequences, LinkedIn flows, cold outreach scripts).
• Maintain high-level follow-up to convert initial interest into qualified appointments.
• Track campaign performance, response rates, and lead quality to optimize strategies.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align lead generation strategies with business goals.
• Use tools such as CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot, or similar.
• Attend team meetings and provide regular reports on lead generation metrics.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹300,000.00 per year
