Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Lead Generation Specialist based in Gurugram. The Lead Generation Specialist will be responsible for identifying, researching, and developing new lead opportunities, maintaining effective communication with potential clients, and supporting the sales team in achieving revenue goals. The role entails analyzing market trends and actively contributing to the development of lead generation strategies. Consistent collaboration and proactive communication with team members and stakeholders are key aspects of the role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Lead Generation and identifying New Leads
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales acumen with the ability to support and collaborate with the sales team
• Solid Research skills to analyze trends and identify opportunities
• Goal-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
• Previous experience in similar roles or industries is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
