Position : Performance Marketing Specialist / Lead Generation Expert Experience : 4 Years Location : Ludhiana Target Markets : Australia, Canada, USA Job Description : We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist / Lead Generation Expert with a proven track record of running ROI-focused paid campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating high-intent leads through strategic ad placements across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms, with a strong focus on international markets—Australia, Canada, and the US. Key Responsibilities : Plan and execute high-performance paid marketing campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) Focus on generating qualified leads from Australia, Canada, and the US Optimize campaigns to maximize ROI and reduce CPL Monitor KPIs, analyze ad performance, and continuously A/B test ad creatives and copy Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams to align messaging and targeting Stay updated on trends and platform updates in performance marketing Requirements : Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in paid marketing and lead generation In-depth knowledge of ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta Business Suite) Experience in running international campaigns, especially for AU, CA, and US markets Strong analytical skills and proficiency in marketing analytics tools Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month Schedule: Monday to Friday Work Location: In person Application Deadline: 10/07/2025 Expected Start Date: 10/07/2025
