Role Overview

Lead Generation Specialist

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential clients across industries (startups, MSMEs, eCommerce, healthcare, education, retail, etc.).
  • Generate B2B leads through LinkedIn, Upwork, Apollo, Crunchbase, email campaigns, and social media.
  • Maintain and manage lead data in CRM (HubSpot/Zoho or similar).
  • Execute cold email, LinkedIn, and social media outreach campaigns.
  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize campaigns.
  • Track, analyze, and report lead generation performance (KPIs, ROI, conversion rates).
