Lead Generation Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Lead Generation Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in generating qualified leads for IT services/products, using tools like LinkedIn, Google, and email campaigns. Your primary responsibility will be to identify potential clients, collect relevant data, and support the sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and qualify potential leads through LinkedIn, online research, and other databases.

Extract and organize contact details using tools like Apollo, Lusha, ZoomInfo, etc.

Conduct market and competitor research to support targeted lead campaigns.

Work closely with the sales team to create lead funnels and optimize outreach strategy.

Manage and update CRM systems with accurate lead information.

Run targeted email and messaging campaigns for engagement.

Track and report lead generation performance and KPIs regularly.

Required Skills

2-5 years of relevant experience in lead generation, market research, or data collection (preferably in the IT/Tech sector)

Proficient in using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Google Boolean search, Excel/Google Sheets

Familiarity with lead-gen tools: Lusha, Apollo, Skrapp, Hunter, etc.

Strong analytical and research skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
