Job Overview: The Lead Generation Specialist will be responsible for creating and executing lead generation campaigns across LinkedIn, Social Media Marketing (SMM), and Google Ads to attract prospective students interested in pursuing online degrees. This role requires a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and data analysis to identify, attract, and convert potential leads into qualified prospects for our online programs. Key Responsibilities : Develop and execute lead generation strategies across LinkedIn, SMM platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.), and Google Ads to increase the volume of qualified leads. Manage and optimize LinkedIn outreach campaigns, leveraging both organic and paid strategies to attract prospects. Design and execute social media marketing campaigns tailored to specific degree programs and student demographics. Use Google Ads to drive targeted traffic to landing pages and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI. Monitor campaign performance, track KPIs, and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights. Conduct regular A/B testing to improve the effectiveness of campaigns. Work closely with the sales team to convert leads into applicants by providing them with timely, accurate, and engaging information. Manage the CRM system to track lead interactions, conversions, and follow-ups. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, especially in the context of higher education. Report on lead generation performance and provide recommendations for improvement. Required Qualifications : 1-3 years of experience in lead generation, digital marketing, or a related field. Proven experience with LinkedIn marketing (organic and paid), Social Media Marketing (SMM), and Google Ads. Strong knowledge of lead generation tactics and tools. Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce). Solid understanding of digital marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, LinkedIn Insights, etc.). Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently, manages time effectively, and prioritize tasks. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges. Preferred Qualifications : Experience in the education sector, particularly online degree programs. Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, ActiveCampaigns). Knowledge of SEO best practices and content marketing strategies.
