We’re seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Lead Generation Specialist who can bring a human touch back into outreach. Your primary responsibilities will be to: Record personalized Loom videos for potential clients Craft hyper-targeted cold emails with strong personalization Follow up systematically to ensure conversion and relationship-building This is not a “spray and pray” lead gen role — we’re looking for someone who can research, empathize, and communicate like a human, not a template machine. Our Core Audience: Business owners, founders, coaches looking to scale their business through social media. This is an in-office role [Kolkata, WB], since you'd be recording loom videos in our studio. You'd be doing: Research and identify high-potential leads using platforms like LinkedIn, Apollo, or other databases Record short, value-packed Loom videos tailored to each prospect (no generic pitches) Write high-converting, customized cold emails that speak directly to the prospect’s pain points, goals, and business context Build and manage outreach sequences (initial email + follow-ups) using tools like Instantly, Lemlist, or Mailshake Monitor and analyze campaign performance; tweak copy and video approach accordingly Work closely with our marketing/sales team to ensure alignment of messaging and targeting Maintain accurate records of outreach activity and responses in a CRM or lead tracker Requirements Proven experience in cold email outreach and video prospecting Excellent communication and copywriting skills Ability to understand business needs and personalize messaging accordingly Comfortable using Loom (or similar), Apollo, LinkedIn, and cold email tools Strong research skills – you can quickly learn about a company and its decision-makers Organized, self-motivated, and detail-obsessed Fluent in written and spoken English Commission: Recurring % commission for every deal closed.
