We're Hiring! Website Designer (3 Months Training || Full-Time Opportunity in 3 Months) Location: Newtown, Kolkata (Offline Role - 6 Days/Week) Stipend: ₹18,000/month Please send your previous website designs in a list format to office@cognivaa.com. Cognivaa is on the lookout for a Website Designer Specialising in Webflow who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and grow with a fast-paced, creative team. This is an offline, in-office role based out of our Newtown, Kolkata office, with a clear path to a full-time position in 3 months. What You’ll Be Doing: Designing a variety of websites — from landing pages and simple info sites to e-commerce stores and funnel pages Proficient in Website Builder sites like Webflow Collaborating with our team to bring client visions to life Ensuring responsive, clean, and user-friendly designs Delivering projects on time with a high attention to detail What We’re Looking For: Hands-on experience with any of the above platforms A strong creative eye and solid understanding of modern web design trends Ability to work offline, from our Newtown, Kolkata office, 6 days a week WordPress knowledge is a plus, but not required Eagerness to learn, adapt, and take ownership of projects Perks: Training Period stipend: ₹18,000/month Conversion to full-time in 3 months with a salary hike Work on real, live projects from day one A collaborative environment where your input matters If you're someone who’s passionate about design and wants to build real-world skills that convert into a full-time opportunity, we'd love to hear from you!
