Lead Generation Specialist

Role & responsibilities:

• Conduct research to identify potential clients and key decision-makers in target industries.
• Use tools such as Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and others to extract accurate contact data and company intelligence.
• Qualify leads based on ideal customer profiles (ICP), industry, company size, technology stack, geography, etc.
• Perform outbound cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn messaging to engage prospects.
• Maintain a high volume of daily outbound activities including calls, emails, and follow-ups.
• Schedule discovery calls or demos with qualified leads for the business development or sales team.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
• Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing team to refine outreach strategies and messaging.
• Meet or exceed monthly KPIs related to lead generation, appointments set, and conversions.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and the IT services landscape.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience (3-6 years) in B2B lead generation, preferably in the IT Services or Technology industry.
• Hands-on experience with Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and CRM systems.
• Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) with the ability to confidently conduct cold calls.
• High attention to detail and strong data management skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage time effectively.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field is preferred.
