Job Role: The Lead Generation & Sales Executive will be responsible for connecting with potential candidates through outbound and inbound calls, WhatsApp, emails, and social media to generate quality leads. The role involves making 200–300 calls daily, maintaining accurate records, and transferring qualified leads to the relevant team. The executive will follow up with prospects, achieve monthly targets, and contribute directly to sales growth. Strong multitasking ability, prior BPO experience, and a polite, professional communication style are essential to succeed in this role.

Job details:

• Position: Lead Generation & Sales Executive
• Education: +2, Diploma, Graduation (Any)
• Experience: 6 months-1 year
• Location: Work From Home (Candidate must have own laptop)
• Employment Type: Full-time (NDA signing mandatory to maintain confidentiality)
• Fixed Salary: ₹10,000 per month + Amazing Incentives (During probation of 3 months)
• Post Probation (from 4th month onwards): ₹15,000 per month (based on performance)

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Must be multitasking and able to manage calls plus database updates simultaneously.
• Average communication skills (English & Hindi preferred).
• Prior experience in domestic BPO is mandatory.
• Must have a proven record of handling 300–400 calls daily.
• Should be polite, humble, and customer-centric in approach.
• No leave allowed during probation (first 90 days). After probation, only 1 leave per month is permitted.
• Must have a personal laptop and stable internet connection.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads and manage inbound and outbound calls and respond promptly through WhatsApp API, emails, and social media platforms.
• Make 200–300 outbound calls daily with an average call duration of 3 minutes.
• Identify, qualify, and generate leads, ensuring accurate data entry into the database and transferring qualified leads to the relevant HR team.
• Maintain and update database records with accuracy.
• Follow up with potential clients/customers to ensure smooth conversion.
• Consistently follow up with leads to maximize conversion potential.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and customer satisfaction at all times.
• Work closely with the founder to align strategies and achieve business goals.
