We are looking for a dynamic Lead Generation & Sales Executive to join our team and drive business growth by generating quality leads and closing sales. 🔹 Roles & Responsibilities Identify potential clients through online research, social media, email campaigns, and cold calling. Generate, qualify, and nurture leads to build a strong sales pipeline. Develop and maintain relationships with prospects and clients. Present and promote company services/products to potential customers. Understand client needs and offer appropriate solutions. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain CRM/database with updated client information and track lead progress. Collaborate with the marketing team to optimise lead generation strategies. 🔹 Required Skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of sales techniques (cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn prospecting). Ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively. Self-motivated with a target-driven attitude. Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar) is a plus. 🔹 Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in sales, lead generation, or business development (preferred minimum 1-2 years).
