We are a growing IT company committed to delivering high-quality solutions that help businesses grow. We are looking for a dynamic Lead Generation & Sales Executive to join our team and drive business growth by generating quality leads and closing sales.
Identify potential clients through online research, social media, email campaigns, and cold calling.
Generate, qualify, and nurture leads to build a strong sales pipeline.
Develop and maintain relationships with prospects and clients.
Present and promote company services/products to potential customers.
Understand client needs and offer appropriate solutions.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain CRM/database with updated client information and track lead progress.
Collaborate with the marketing team to optimise lead generation strategies.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of sales techniques (cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn prospecting).
Ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively.
Self-motivated with a target-driven attitude.
Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar) is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales, lead generation, or business development (preferred minimum 1-2 years).
Freshers with excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn can also apply.
