Role Overview-

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Lead Generation & Marketing Admin Executive who will play a dual role, generating high-quality leads for our residential and commercial projects while supporting various administrative tasks related to marketing, coordination, and execution.

Key Responsibilities-

Lead Generation

Identify, target, and generate qualified leads through online platforms, social media, property portals, and cold outreach

Manage and optimise CRM systems to track lead data and conversions

Coordinate with sales teams to ensure timely follow-up and nurturing of leads

Monitor performance metrics and suggest improvements to the lead generation funnel

Marketing Admin Support-

Coordinate with external agencies for creatives, social media, and print deliverables

Assist in planning and execution of marketing campaigns and events

Manage basic documentation, database updates, and reporting related to marketing activities

Support in updating content on websites, listings, and social handles

Track marketing expenses and maintain proper documentation

Who You Are-

Strong communication and follow-up skills

Organised, detail-oriented and a quick learner

Comfortable using Excel, Google Sheets, CRM platforms

Basic understanding of digital marketing and real estate is a plus

Qualifications

Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field

1+ years of experience in real estate, marketing or lead generation preferred

Proficiency in spoken and written English and Hindi/Marathi
