Role Overview: As a Marketing Manager at Volody, you will play a crucial role in leading all digital marketing initiatives to drive lead generation for the sales team and enhance the SEO performance of the website. Your responsibilities will involve developing and executing digital marketing campaigns, optimizing landing pages and paid media, improving the SEO performance, managing the overall marketing strategy, and staying updated on industry trends and marketing technology. Key Responsibilities: - Lead Generation & Demand Generation - Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads for the sales team. - Optimize landing pages, email marketing, and paid media campaigns. - Track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance using marketing analytics tools. - SEO & Website Optimization - Improve the SEO performance of the website to increase organic traffic and search rankings. - Conduct keyword research, optimize content, and implement best SEO practices. - Collaborate with content teams to create high-quality, search-friendly content. - Marketing Strategy & Execution - Develop and manage the overall digital marketing strategy, aligning with business objectives. - Oversee social media, email marketing, and content marketing initiatives. - Monitor key marketing metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement. - Industry Trends & Marketing Technology - Stay updated on the latest marketing technology, industry trends, and best practices. - Implement new tools and techniques to enhance marketing performance. Qualifications Required: - Experience: 3-5+ years in a marketing role at a software company. - Expertise: Proven track record in lead generation, SEO, and digital marketing. - Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, CRM, PPC, and marketing automation tools. - Self-Starter Mentality: Ability to work independently, take ownership, and drive projects forward without constant oversight. - Hardworking & Proactive: Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to implement innovative marketing strategies. - Strategic Thinker: Ability to develop data-driven marketing strategies that drive revenue growth. - Adaptability: Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in marketing tech and AI trends.,
