Hi, we are hiring.

Location:

Role & responsibilities

  • Generation of leads via LinkedIn using Sales Navigator and various other sources, Cold Calling, Emails and Virtual meeting, B2B & B2C sales.
  • Manage, Nurture and convert inbound leads into sales opportunities.
  • Acquiring new clients w.r.t Contract & Permanent staffing in the IT and Non IT sector.
  • Conduct research to identify new markets, customer needs and data mining. Client engagement, spoc for clients.
  • Taking care of Client negotiation, Agreements and Contracts.
  • Keep records of sales, revenue and invoices etc.
  • Coordinating with Delivery Teams and handling the overall Recruitment process.
  • Scheduling meeting with the clients.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Excellent Communication Skills.
  • Preferrably Female Candidates.
