We are looking for a dynamic and motivated professional with 1-3 years of experience in lead generation and sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, nurturing leads, and converting them into business opportunities. This role requires strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a passion for achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media.
• Qualify leads and schedule meetings or demos for the sales team.
• Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead and client information.
• Follow up with prospects and convert leads into sales opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations tailored to client needs.
• Collaborate with marketing to align lead generation strategies with campaigns.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Provide regular reports on lead status, pipeline, and sales performance.

Required Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
• Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce, Zoho, or HubSpot.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Knowledge of the IT/Tech services industry is a plus.
