The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from identifying hiring needs to onboarding new employees. You will play a key role in attracting top talent and ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop job descriptions. Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies. Screen resumes and applications, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring teams. Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) and maintain accurate candidate records. Conduct reference checks and background verifications. Extend job offers and negotiate employment terms. Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing campaigns. Participate in job fairs, campus recruitment, and networking events. Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics and hiring progress. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar HR role. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and resume databases. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices is a plus. Preferred Skills: Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools. Certification in HR or recruitment (e.g., SHRM, PHR) is an advantage. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Preferred candidate profile
