Lead Generation Executive

Role & responsibilities Translate client business requirements into comprehensive technical specifications Create detailed solution documents and visual representations for complex proposals Support sales presentations with technical validation and solution demonstrations Document client requirements thoroughly after sales closure Facilitate knowledge transfer between sales and delivery teams Research competitor offerings and identify market trends Provide insights on technology advancements relevant to our service offerings Create project initiation documents and establish success metrics Assist in RFP/RFI responses with technical content Maintain a library of reusable solution components and technical documentation Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration or related field 2-4 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT services or consulting Strong technical documentation skills with attention to detail Experience with requirements gathering and analysis techniques Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms Proficiency in MS Office suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Basic understanding of project management principles Preferred Skills: Experience in professional services Knowledge of multiple domains (web development, mobile apps, blockchain, AI/ML) Experience with requirement management tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc.) Familiarity with data modeling and process mapping techniques Understanding of UI/UX principles Experience with agile methodologies
