QA Engineer

We are looking for a Quality Assurance (QA) engineer who will manage exploratory and automated tests to ensure product quality. As a QA engineer, you will design and implement tests, debug and define corrective actions, review system requirements, and track quality assurance metrics such as defect densities and open defect counts. Your role will involve monitoring all stages of software development to identify and resolve system malfunctions in order to meet quality standards. Your responsibilities will include building consistent and efficient tests and delivering them in a timely manner. It is essential that you hold an engineering background and have a passion for providing end-to-end solutions to software quality problems. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience working in a QA Engineer position. You should possess significant experience in software development teams and be familiar with software QA methodologies and tools. Reviewing requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback is a key aspect of this role. Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes is required, along with experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process. Collaboration with the Product Development team to ensure consistent project execution is expected. You should be willing to assist your teammates, share your knowledge with them, and be open to learning from them. Proficiency in both white box and black box testing is essential, as well as a good understanding of SQL and scripting.
