The Lead Generation Executive will be responsible for identifying and initiating contact with potential clients for our services. This role requires strong research and communication skills, and the ability to work independently to generate qualified leads for the Business Development team.
Job Responsibilities
As a Lead Generation Executive, one would be expected to take on the following
responsibilities:
Research and identify potential clients through online platforms, social media,
directories, and databases.
Create and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospective leads using CRM tools.
Conduct outbound outreach through emails, LinkedIn, and other channels to initiate conversations with prospects.
Schedule appointments or demo meetings for the Business Development team with qualified leads.
Follow-up and nurture leads through continuous communication and value-sharing.
Track, manage, and report lead generation activities and performance regularly.
Stay updated on the company’s services, industry trends, and competitor offerings to tailor outreach accordingly.
Work closely with the marketing and sales team to align lead generation strategies.
Skill Sets Required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong research and analytical skills to identify ideal customer profiles.
Knowledge of tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar lead gen platforms is a plus.
Familiarity with CRM tools like Zoho, HubSpot, or others.
Self-motivated and target-driven approach with strong follow-up skills.
Ability to work independently as well as collaborate within a team.
