Lead Generation Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and identify potential clients in need of SharePoint development or consulting services
• Generate qualified leads via email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, cold calling, and online research
• Maintain and update lead databases and CRM tools
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create lead nurturing strategies
• Schedule meetings and follow-ups with prospective clients
• Provide weekly reports on lead generation performance and progress

Requirements:

• 0–3 years of experience in lead generation, sales, or marketing (IT services preferred)
• Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Basic understanding of SharePoint or willingness to learn about Microsoft technologies
• Self-motivated and target-driven

Preferred Qualifications:

• MBA in Marketing, Sales, or related field (Preferred but not mandatory)
• Freshers also can apply
• Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus
• Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar tools is an advantage
