We are looking for a Lead Generation Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities through research, outreach, and networking. You will engage potential clients via calls, emails, and social media to build a strong pipeline of qualified leads for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct research to identify potential clients and target markets.
• Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach.
• Qualify leads based on defined criteria .
• Maintain accurate records of leads and interactions .
• Achieve monthly lead generation targets.
• Provide regular reports on lead activity and conversion rates.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum education: 10+2 / Higher Secondary (Graduate preferred).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong internet research and analytical abilities.
• Basic understanding of IT services, software solutions, or digital technologies.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn & Excel/Google Sheets.
• Self-motivated and target-driven attitude.
• Freshers and entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.

Salary:

₹8,000 – ₹15,000 per month + Incentives (based on experience and performance)

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Saturday
