Job Title: Lead Generation Specialist - Medical Device Equipment Location: Bangalore, India Job Type: [Full-time] Department: Sales & Marketing Job Summary: The Lead Generation Specialist will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and nurturing potential leads within the medical device industry. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to drive growth, create a pipeline of sales opportunities, and contribute to the overall sales strategy for our medical device products. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation: Identify and source potential leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, social media, webinars, and trade shows. Research & Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth research to identify key decision-makers and potential clients in the medical device industry, including hospitals, medical clinics, and healthcare providers. CRM Management: Maintain and update accurate records of lead information, communications, and statuses in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Lead Qualification: Qualify leads through phone calls, emails, and online interactions to ensure they meet the companys ideal customer profile and are ready for follow-up by the sales team. Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute targeted lead generation campaigns, webinars, and other marketing initiatives. Data Reporting: Track and report on lead generation metrics, including conversion rates, number of leads generated, and sales pipeline health. Relationship Building: Build and maintain professional relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare sector to understand their needs and pain points. Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in the medical device industry to effectively position the company’s products and services. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or related field (preferred). 2+ years of experience in lead generation or sales development, preferably within the medical device or healthcare industry. Strong understanding of medical device equipment, healthcare terminology, and the purchasing process in the healthcare sector. Proven track record of generating high-quality leads and converting them into sales opportunities. Proficiency in using CRM software and lead generation tools. Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), with the ability to engage and build rapport with healthcare professionals. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a strong sense of initiative. Preferred Skills: Experience with B2B sales or marketing in the healthcare industry. Familiarity with digital marketing tools and techniques, such as SEO, PPC, social media advertising, and content marketing. Knowledge of the medical device market and regulatory requirements.
