Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Generate high-quality
international leads
for IT services through LinkedIn, email campaigns, and cold calling.
Research and identify potential clients in target markets and maintain a strong prospect pipeline.
Develop and execute effective lead generation strategies to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
Manage CRM tools for lead tracking, follow-ups, and reporting.
Build and nurture strong relationships with potential clients through personalized communication.
Coordinate with the sales team to hand over qualified leads and support deal closures.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
Good to have:
Experience with
Upwork bidding
and other freelancing platforms for acquiring new business opportunities.

Preferred candidate profile

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
Minimum
3 years of proven experience in international IT lead generation
.
Strong knowledge of
LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email prospecting tools, and CRM systems
.
Excellent
communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
.
Proficiency in
cold calling
with the ability to engage and convert prospects.
Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation targets.
Good to have:
Familiarity with Upwork bidding and other freelance marketplaces.
