Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Executive to join our growing team in Noida. The ideal candidate will have experience in IT services and digital marketing, with a proven track record in lead generation, client relationship management, and closing business deals. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced, growth-oriented organisation.


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation strategies.
  • Generate high-quality leads via cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  • Meet with prospective clients to understand their business needs and present suitable digital and IT service solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term business growth and client retention.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, delivery, operations) to prepare proposals and pitch decks tailored to client requirements.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle, from initial contact to final deal closure.
  • Maintain and update the CRM system with lead and client information, ensuring data accuracy.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Provide feedback and insights to improve service offerings and marketing strategies.
  • Attend networking events, conferences, and industry meetups to generate new leads and brand awareness.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Business Development, preferably in the IT services and digital marketing industry.
  • Strong skills in lead generation, client acquisition, and account management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and networking abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with CRM tools and sales automation software is a plus.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing services, web development, software solutions, or IT consulting is highly desirable.
