Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Lead Generation Executive to identify potential clients, generate quality leads, and support the sales team in achieving monthly targets. The ideal candidate must have strong communication skills, research abilities, and experience in outbound prospecting.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, research, and generate new business leads through various online platforms.
• Reach out to potential clients via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other communication channels.
• Maintain and update the lead database in CRM with complete accuracy.
• Qualify leads by understanding client needs and passing them to the sales team.
• Schedule appointments/meetings for the sales team with qualified leads.
• Support the sales team with lead-related insights and reports.
• Work closely with the marketing team to align campaigns with lead generation goals.
• Track daily activities and submit lead reports on time.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, IT, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of proven experience in lead generation/inside sales.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, email marketing tools, etc.
• Ability to identify market trends and target potential clients.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
