Job Description

Job Title: Lead Generation Executive (Females preferred)

Experience Required:

Minimum 1 year of experience in lead generation, inside sales, or a similar role.

Salary Range:

₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on skills and experience)

Job Responsibilities:

Identify and research potential clients through online platforms, databases, social media, and industry directories.
Generate quality leads via cold calling, email marketing, LinkedIn outreach, WhatsApp, and follow-up communication.
Qualify leads by understanding customer requirements and business needs.
Coordinate with the sales team to schedule appointments, demos, or meetings.
Maintain and update CRM/Excel sheets with accurate lead information and daily activity reports.
Achieve weekly and monthly lead generation targets.
Build and nurture relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders.
Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and market behavior.

Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to handle objections, negotiate, and build rapport with prospects.
Familiarity with tools like MS Excel, CRM software, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email automation tools, etc.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
