Job Description

The Lead Generation Executive is responsible for identifying potential customers, qualifying leads, nurturing prospects, and supporting the sales team in converting leads into business opportunities. This role includes market research, outbound calling, email outreach, and maintaining accurate data in CRM tools.

Key Responsibilities1. Lead Research & Prospecting

  • Identify potential clients through online research, social platforms, databases, and industry directories.
  • Analyze target markets to find relevant prospects.
  • Build high-quality lead lists for the sales team.

2. Outbound Lead Generation

  • Conduct cold calls, follow-up calls, and warm calls to potential prospects.
  • Draft and send outreach emails/messages on LinkedIn or other channels.
  • Implement targeted lead generation campaigns.

3. Lead Qualification

  • Understand prospect needs, pain points, and company requirements.
  • Qualify leads based on set criteria (budget, authority, need, timeline).
  • Schedule meetings or demos for the sales team.

4. CRM & Reporting

  • Record and update all leads, conversations, and statuses in CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Maintain accurate lead pipelines and daily activity reports.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly lead generation performance reports.

5. Collaboration & Strategy

  • Coordinate closely with the sales and marketing teams.
  • Provide feedback on lead quality and campaign performance.
  • Support in developing lead generation strategies and new outreach ideas.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • 0–3 years of experience in lead generation, inside sales, telecalling, or business development.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Good understanding of sales funnel, B2B sales, and customer profiling.
  • Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
