Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Meta Ads Manager, located in Indore. The Meta Ads Manager will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing Meta advertising campaigns to drive engagement, leads, and conversions. Day-to-day tasks include strategy development, performance analysis, budget management, ad creative review, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts. Qualifications Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager and other social media advertising platforms Experience in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies Skills in data analysis, performance tracking, and reporting Strong understanding of audience targeting, retargeting, and segmentation Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience in the technology or software industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
