International Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned international regions.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitors, and regional trends.
• Travel across countries to meet prospective and existing clients, distributors, and partners.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
• Present, promote, and sell services to international clients.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close profitable deals.
• Represent the company at global trade fairs, exhibitions, and networking events.
• Provide feedback on market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
• Achieve and exceed international sales targets and revenue goals.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of proven sales experience (international sales preferred).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively across multiple countries (70–80% travel).
• Strong cultural awareness and ability to adapt to diverse business environments.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in the field.
• Proficiency in English; additional foreign language(s) is an advantage.
