About the Role:

Outbound Dialer Representative (OBDR)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential international clients using a dialer system.
  • Generate and qualify leads through structured calling campaigns.
  • Engage prospects to understand their business needs and introduce relevant products/services.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and lead status in CRM tools.
  • Schedule appointments or product demos for the sales team where applicable.
  • Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly KPIs related to calls, leads generated, and conversions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless handover of qualified leads.
  • Provide feedback on lead quality and campaign performance to improve effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Minimum

    1 year of experience

    in outbound calling, lead generation, or sales in

    international markets

    .
  • Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written).
  • Familiarity with outbound dialer systems and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Ability to handle objections and maintain professionalism in conversations.
  • Goal-oriented with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Experience in B2B lead generation or inside sales is a plus.
