About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Outbound Dialer Representative (OBDR) with a minimum of 1 year of experience in international markets. This role is primarily focused on lead generation (80%) , with a sales component (20%) , helping to drive business growth through proactive outreach and qualification of prospects. Key Responsibilities: Conduct outbound calls to potential international clients using a dialer system. Generate and qualify leads through structured calling campaigns. Engage prospects to understand their business needs and introduce relevant products/services. Maintain accurate records of interactions and lead status in CRM tools. Schedule appointments or product demos for the sales team where applicable. Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly KPIs related to calls, leads generated, and conversions. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless handover of qualified leads. Provide feedback on lead quality and campaign performance to improve effectiveness. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in outbound calling, lead generation, or sales in international markets . Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written). Familiarity with outbound dialer systems and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.). Ability to handle objections and maintain professionalism in conversations. Goal-oriented with the ability to work independently and in a team environment. Experience in B2B lead generation or inside sales is a plus.
