Job Description

  • Identify, qualify, and generate new business opportunities through online research, LinkedIn, cold calling, email campaigns, and other lead generation methods.
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects and clients in the Tech/IT services domain.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing team to execute lead generation campaigns.
  • Engage with potential clients to understand their requirements and propose relevant IT service solutions.
  • Schedule meetings, product demos, and follow-ups with qualified prospects.
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly lead generation and revenue targets.
  • Maintain and update CRM with accurate prospect/client information.

Required Skills Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of experience in Lead Generation / Business Development in a Tech/IT Services company.
  • Strong knowledge of IT services such as software development, cloud solutions, digital transformation, or similar.
  • Proven ability to generate qualified leads and convert them into business opportunities.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.) is a plus.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
