Job Description

Identify, qualify, and generate new business opportunities through online research, LinkedIn, cold calling, email campaigns, and other lead generation methods.

Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects and clients in the Tech/IT services domain.

Work closely with the sales and marketing team to execute lead generation campaigns.

Engage with potential clients to understand their requirements and propose relevant IT service solutions.

Schedule meetings, product demos, and follow-ups with qualified prospects.

Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly lead generation and revenue targets.

Maintain and update CRM with accurate prospect/client information.

Required Skills Qualifications

2-4 years of experience in Lead Generation / Business Development in a Tech/IT Services company.

Strong knowledge of IT services such as software development, cloud solutions, digital transformation, or similar.

Proven ability to generate qualified leads and convert them into business opportunities.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.) is a plus.

Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
