About the Role

We are looking for a Lead Generation Associate (Inside Sales / Business Development Associate) to support our sales team by identifying new business opportunities and engaging potential customers. The role requires a proactive professional with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage the full lead qualification process remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to potential clients and generate qualified leads.
• Follow up on leads from marketing campaigns and other sources.
• Qualify prospects based on defined sales criteria and business needs.
• Maintain accurate records of activities, prospects, and interactions in the CRM system.
• Meet and exceed monthly targets and performance metrics.
• Provide a positive experience to potential clients while building rapport and trust.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in lead generation, inside sales, telesales, or business development.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with CRM software and sales engagement tools.
• Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills.
• Goal-driven, persuasive, and results-oriented approach.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with the ability to work under pressure.
• Capable of working independently while managing time effectively.
