Role & responsibilities

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and target-driven Lead Generation Associate to join our sales development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for booking demo appointments with potential clients in the UK and US markets, performing lead generation, and qualifying prospects through various channels. This is a work-from-office role that may require working in split shifts to accommodate international time zones.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound cold and warm calls to prospects in the UK and US regions.
  • Book qualified demo appointments for the sales team.
  • Follow up on interested leads and maintain consistent communication.
  • Identify and verify decision-makers in target industries.
  • Conduct outreach through phone calls, emails, and LinkedIn messages.
  • Personalize messaging based on the company, role, and industry.
  • Work in split shifts (covering UK and US hours) as required.
  • Maintain and update lead information and status in CRM/Tracker.
  • Track and report daily activities, calls, and appointments.
  • Achieve daily/weekly KPIs for calls made, demos booked and leads generated.
  • Coordinate with the internal sales team to schedule and hand over appointments.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience in B2B tele calling or inside sales (international preferred).
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication.
  • Proficiency in ZoomInfo, Apollo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Extract prospect data from ZoomInfo, Apollo.io, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Comfortable working in split shifts and high-volume calling environments.
  • Familiarity with CRMs and spreadsheets.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet targets consistently.
  • Self-motivated, well-organized, and eager to grow in a dynamic team.
