Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for an iOS developer responsible for the development and maintenance of applications aimed at a range of iOS devices including mobile phones and tablet computers. Your primary focus will be development of iOS applications and their integration with back-end services. You will be working alongside other engineers and developers working on different layers of the infrastructure. Therefore, a commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and the creation of quality products is essential. Key Responsibilities: Design and build applications for the iOS platform Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications Collaborate with a team to define, design, and ship new features Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization Primary Skills - Minimum 5 years of experience in developing iOS applications Proficient with Objective-C or Swift and Strong command over XCode IDE. Experience with iOS frameworks such as Core Data, Core Animation, etc. Experience with Realm Database. Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning Strong experience in back-end integration over REST APIs/SOAP services/custom protocols Knowledge of other web technologies and UI/UX standards and design tools (Zeplin, Figma, etc.) and implementing into apps. Experience working with testing teams and defect tracking tools. (Like Azure DevOps, etc.). Familiar with source control tools (i.e., Git, Bitbucket, etc.) Understanding of Apples design principles and interface guidelines Knowledge of low-level C-based libraries is preferred Experience with performance limits and memory tuning with tools. Familiarity with cloud message APIs and push notifications Ideally experience working across apps that support large volumes of traffic and secure information. Familiarity with continuous integration BCA/BTECH/BSC is required. Secondary Skills - Nice to have Android SDK, different versions of Android, and how to deal with different screen sizes on mobile (iOS and Android) Liaise with Product Owner to plan new features Ensure new and legacy applications meet quality standards Support app distribution, Penetration testing etc. Stay up to date with new technology trends Role & responsibilities Preferred candidate profile
