Job Description

Locations: Bangalore / Pune / HyderabadExperience: 7–15 yearsCTC: ₹22–32 LPA

Role Overview

Our client is hiring experienced Functional Business Analysts with strong expertise in payments and global banking to support large-scale payment transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements

  • Strong payments domain knowledge including MT/MX messages, ISO 20022, SWIFT, cross-border payments, clearing & settlement, and full payments lifecycle.
  • Hands-on experience with end-to-end payment flows and systems such as GPP, Volpay, C2P, T24, etc.
  • Minimum 7+ years of functional Business Analysis experience, with exposure to 1–2 major payment transformation projects.
  • Ability to prepare BRD, FRD, support MX migration, and drive process improvements.
  • Proven experience working with global banks only (Indian banking experience not applicable).
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills across geographies.

Additional Details

  • Purely functional BA role (technical profiles not considered).
  • Notice period: Less than 45 days.
Work model: 5 days WFO / hybrid as per business needs; open to client travel.
Relocation is open.
