Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Jaipur for a Lead Fullstack Developer. The role involves overseeing the development of robust and scalable web and application solutions. Responsibilities include designing, coding, and implementing innovative backend and frontend systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring high-quality software development practices. You will also troubleshoot issues, optimize applications, and mentor junior developers while maintaining project timelines and deliverables.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Fullstack Development, including experience with front-end frameworks like React or Angular and back-end frameworks like Node.js, Python, PHP or Laravel.
• Experience with Database Management, including knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases
• Familiarity with Version Control Systems such as Git and deployment tools
• Ability to work collaboratively using Agile practices and methodologies
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Proven leadership skills; ability to mentor juniors and manage team workflows effectively
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure is a plus
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
