Lead Full Stack Developer

Job Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other developers in the team, helping them grow their technical skills and implementing best practices. Conduct regular code reviews to ensure high-quality code and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
• Keep abreast of the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices. Proactively recommend new tools, frameworks, and methodologies to the leadership and team to enhance productivity and maintain a competitive edge in the market.
• Participate in the design and ongoing maintenance of complex enterprise solutions that meet customer experience business goals. This includes scoping, planning, development, end-to-end testing, optimization and knowledge documentation.
• Lead develop software solutions across various digital programs and architectures in collaboration with team members.
• Develop and document scalable technical specifications that satisfy business and functional requirements.
• Investigate, analyze and recommend improvements and requirement changes. Support defect troubleshooting resolution, conduct root cause analysis of the involved architectures, and proactively support risk analysis and reduction.

Education Qualification:

• Requires a master s or bachelor s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field.

• Possess extensive programming experience (7 to 10+ years) with the following competencies:

Expert in:

• C#, VB, .NET MVC, .NET Core, Javascript, NPM
• SQLite, Ms-SQL Server, SQL Server Management Studio

Comfortable with:

• Git, Various linters, SonarQube / SonarCloud
• CI/CD practices in Azure Devops
• Infrastructure as Code using Pulumi
• Comfortable with Azure Cloud (App services, Azure AI services, Azure databricks)
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies

Hands-on experience is a plus:

• NodeJS, MongoDB/CosmosDB, Java, Salesforce APEX, API development, OOAS3.0

• Proficient in both written and verbal english communication, with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts.
• Experience in working with global teams and driving projects to achieve high customer satisfaction.
